Senorics strives to become the leading technology platform for personal nutrition and food analysis by providing both the necessary hardware and data. To get there, we develop a low-cost, small footprint, broad spectral range near-infrared (NIR) sensor technology, the corresponding software and database system. It enables consumers to detect and quantify substances like water, sugar, fat, protein, allergens (lactose, gluten), pesticides and pharmaceutical constituents in their food, beverages, drugs, etc. Thus, providing a simple but powerful and accurate pocket lab for every-one.
